Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's expansion and growth strategy across targeted markets and product segments.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of sales strategies, driving innovative marketing practices to increase market share, reach, and overall business value.
- Collaborate with Operations, Development Engineering, and Global Supply teams to ensure commitments to customers are delivered accurately and on time.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive sales database containing client and prospect information, mailing lists, and relevant applications.
- Own the lead generation process by coordinating internal marketing efforts, external agencies, and personal networks to ensure strong lead funnel performance.
- Drive sales activity in alignment with individual and organizational revenue targets for new business development.
- Ensure all sales activities, communications, and updates are accurately recorded and maintained in the company ERP system (SAP ByDesign).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably within manufacturing or plastic industries.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with demonstrated success in driving growth and expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in maintaining sales databases and tracking performance metrics.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP ByDesign.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer commitments effectively.
