Hiring:Business Development Manager (Service Sales)

Whatyou'llactually bedoing:
- Owning the Pipeline:You'llbe responsible forfinding your own leads. Whetherit'sthrough LinkedIn, your existing network, or showing up at industry events, you need to keep the funnel moving.
- The C-Suite Hustle:You should be comfortable walking into a room (or a Zoom call) with CTOs, HR Heads, or Procurement leads and talking value, not just price.
- Proposal Crafting:Youwon'tjust pass this off to a pre-sales team.You'llbe hands-on in drafting proposals thatactually addressthe client's pain points, ensuring our commercials make sense for both sides.
- Negotiation & Closing:Let'sbe honestthe Indian market is price-sensitive. You need the backbone to hold your ground on margins while being flexible enough to win the contract.
- Internal Sync:You'llact as the bridge between what the clientthinksthey want and what our operations team canactuallydeliver. Noover-promisingjust to hit a target.
Whatwe'relooking for:
- Local Market Knowledge:You know how long a sales cycle takes in India and youdon'tget frustrated by the follow-up game.
- Communication:Clear, direct, and jargon-free. You should be able to explain complex services simply.
- The Rolodex:If you already have a network in sectors like BFSI, Manufacturing, or Tech,you'realready 50% there.
- Education:An MBA is nice, but yoursales track recordis what we actually care about.Show us the numbersyou'vehit in the last two years.
