Business Development Executive – Security & Facility Management
Location: Bengaluru (Field Sales)
A growing security & facility management services firm is hiring a Business Development Executive (BD – Field Sales) to drive new client acquisition and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads for: • Security services • Facility management services
• Do field sales: cold visits, client meetings, networking
• Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline
• Coordinate with Operations team for site feasibility and service discussions
• Support management in closing deals by ensuring steady and quality leads
• Follow up with prospects and maintain basic lead tracking
Candidate Profile
• 3–6 years experience in security / facility management / manpower sales
• Strong field sales exposure (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Bengaluru market (apartments, commercial buildings, corporates)
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with targets and performance-based growth
Compensation
• Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-linked (discussed during interview)
