Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kovilpatti for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include market research, managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies and meet goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and building strategic partnerships
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify opportunities
• Proficiency in client communication, presentation, and active listening
• Time management and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities effectively
• Background in ERP software or technology solutions is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to work on-site in Kovilpatti
• English, Hindi and additional languages are value add
