Job Title : Business Development Manager.

Location : Bangalore.

 

Experience Required : 3 to 5 Years in Business Development / IT Services Sales with Salesforce domain experience.

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in Salesforce services and solutions sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our Salesforce practice across industries.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce products, digital transformation initiatives, CRM consulting/services, and enterprise sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for Salesforce consulting, implementation, support, and managed services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal creation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Work closely with Salesforce architects, delivery teams, and leadership to create customized client solutions.
  • Understand customer business challenges and propose Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Generate sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, webinars, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline tracking using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce ecosystem trends including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, AI, and automation capabilities.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT services/business development with exposure to Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and ecosystem.
  • Experience in selling Salesforce implementation, customization, integration, or support services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Ability to engage with CXOs and enterprise clients.
  • Experience working with global clients is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
  • Experience with Agentforce, AI-driven CRM solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Existing network within Salesforce ecosystem/partners/customers preferred.
