Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Sales Transformation Programs, located in Bengaluru.
The role involves driving pipeline for our Sales Transformation Programs offered to clients. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring outstanding service delivery. The Business Development Manager will also lead client engagements while fostering effective communication with stakeholders to enable successful project execution and growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Business Management and Sales with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in managing L&D, HR stakeholders is preferred.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market research, opportunity identification, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional Customer Service and relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills for proposing strategies, collaborating with teams, and interacting with clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology-driven processes and tools is an advantage.
