Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, field-oriented Business Development Manager Sales & Marketing to drive growth across corporate health checkup services and diagnostic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, proven ability to acquire corporate and institutional clients, and hands-on exposure to building and managing laboratory partnerships.

This role demands excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business engagements through consistent on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Health Checkups, B2B & B2C Sales

Actively identify, prospect, and engage corporate clients through field visits, meetings, and presentations to promote health checkup services and advanced medical equipment.

Build and nurture relationships with HR teams, procurement heads, decision-makers, and business owners.

Conduct negotiations, finalize commercial terms, and close contracts with corporate clients.

Customize and propose health checkup packages based on industry type, workforce size, and employee demographics.

Represent the company at corporate meetings, industry events, and health camps to generate leads and visibility.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development and Account Management

Experience in Marketing, Market Analysis, and Campaign Management

Strong communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills

Ability to develop and nurture client relationships

Proficiency in CRM and other sales and marketing tools

Proactive problem-solving and decision-making ability

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing is a significant advantage
