Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager / Sales Manager-US Staffing with 10+ years of proven expertise in US IT staffing and sales. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by building strong client relationships, managing consultant placements, and leading a high-performing sales team. A deep understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, compliance, and client engagement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve placement and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
  • Strategically market available consultants to prime vendors and direct clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pay rates, and employment terms with clients and consultants.
  • Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to align business goals with client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations, visa requirements, and company policies.
  • Monitor industry trends and proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update consultant databases to ensure accurate and timely information.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or IT staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms and visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong networking skills with established vendor and client relationships.
