Role Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Support sales campaigns and contribute to revenue-growth objectives.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities.

Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.

Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business reports.

Monitor sales pipelines, customer feedback, market trends, and performance indicators.

Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and sales information.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams.

Develop ideas to improve customer engagement and brand awareness.

Support business-development projects and commercial initiatives.

Qualifications:

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in sales, business development, marketing, or customer service is advantageous.

Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome for suitable positions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and professional when interacting with customers and stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, energetic, and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or digital marketing tools is a plus.
