We're now expanding our business and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and high-value clients.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build, mentor, and manage the BD team to ensure high performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, corporates, and decision-makers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing, operations & design teams for effective campaign execution.
- Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and prepare performance reports.
- Represent Eva Bharat at industry events, networking meets, and client sessions.
Key Skills & Requirements
- 36 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Media, Advertising, OOH/DOOH, or Tech startup experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle high-ticket deals.
- Strategic thinking with strong market research and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
