About the Company

Eva Bharat is a rapidly growing DOOH (Digital Outdoor Advertising) startup based in Jaipur. We are building a new-age digital advertising ecosystem through innovative outdoor screens and data-driven solutions.

We're now expanding our business and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and high-value clients.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build, mentor, and manage the BD team to ensure high performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, corporates, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations & design teams for effective campaign execution.
  • Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and prepare performance reports.
  • Represent Eva Bharat at industry events, networking meets, and client sessions.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 36 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (Media, Advertising, OOH/DOOH, or Tech startup experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle high-ticket deals.
  • Strategic thinking with strong market research and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
