Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused on driving business growth through strategic partnerships, syndication, marketing, content acquisition, and event-based initiatives. The role works closely with the COO to execute expansion strategies, manage campaigns, and ensure operational excellence across all business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage strategic partnerships, Syndication, licensing opportunities, and commercial collaborations.

2. Prepare and present pitch decks, proposals, and business documentation for stakeholders.

3. Identify, evaluate, and acquire high quality content across music, film, and for OTT platform.

4. Plan and execute different marketing campaigns and brand-led events end-to-end.

5. Coordinate with internal creative and production teams to ensure timely delivery and brand alignment.

6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

7. Ensure quality control of all digital and promotional content prior to release.

8. Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reports for business activities.

9. Support the COO with planning, coordination, reporting, and operational tasks.

10. Uphold professional communication standards across all internal and external interactions.

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory in business development, syndication, or a similar role

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach
