Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Head to drive our international garment/textile business.

Key responsibilities:

* Bring in new international buyers, especially UK & USA.

* Develop new markets and business opportunities

* Lead negotiations and close new orders

* Own revenue, margins and profitability

* Oversee the business from customer acquisition to order execution

* Build and lead the business development team

We are looking for someone with:

* Strong garment export experience

* Proven track record in acquiring new buyers

* Excellent international buyer network

* Strong commercial and leadership skills

* Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to run the business end-to-end
