Role Purpose:

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to expand our B2B sales team. You will build strong relationships with local agent networks to drive international student recruitment, support revenue growth, and help achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create partnerships with new student recruitment agencies and educational or training providers.
  • Assist the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake.
  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
  • Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction with company products and services.
  • Support programme management team members to maximize enrolment.
  • Attend business meetings and provide training to new recruiting partners regularly.
  • Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Analyze financial data and develop strategies to reduce business costs and increase profits.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executives to determine viable, cost-effective approaches for growth.
  • Meet potential partners to present offerings and negotiate business deals.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, detail-oriented, and flexible.
