Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to drive project sales in the architectural and interior segment. The role involves working closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, and corporate clients to promote and close projects related to glass solutions, aluminum partitions, and smart film products.

  • This is a high-impact role focused on project acquisition, relationship building, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architectural and interior segment
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, and corporate clients
  • Generate project leads and convert them into confirmed business

2. Project Sales & Closure
  • Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms
  • Drive closure of medium to high-value projects

3. Product Promotion
  • Promote company offerings including:
  • Glass solutions (laminated, designer, switchable glass)
  • Aluminum partition systems
  • Smart film and architectural solutions
  • Position products as premium, functional, and design-driven solutions

4. Relationship Management
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure repeat business and referrals from architects and clients
  • Regularly engage with clients through meetings and follow-ups

5. Coordination & Execution
  • Work closely with internal teams for:
  • Design inputs
  • Quotations
  • Project execution
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to operations

6. Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demands
  • Provide insights to improve sales strategy and product positioning

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years experience in project sales / architectural sales / building materials
  • Experience in glass, aluminum systems, interiors, faade, or related industry preferred
  • Strong network with architects, designers, or contractors is a big advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle negotiations and close deals independently
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Performance Metrics (KPI)

  • Monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Number of projects closed
  • Conversion ratio from lead to closure
  • Client acquisition and repeat business
