Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and clients, and effectively promoting the organization's services. The role involves creating strategic plans, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that targets are met. Regular communication with stakeholders, market analysis, and maintaining long-term business relationships will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
• Proficiency in market research and strategic planning
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in the study abroad consultancy or education services sector is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer needs
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with global education systems and international study opportunities is an advantage
