Experience: 1518 years of experience in Electrical Product Sales and Pan India handled a sizeable sales team preferably PAN India

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Electronics, Diploma with relevant exp

JOB DETAILS /DESCRIPTION

Role Summary:

Responsible for business growth for IBS Products in West, North & East regions. Will lead a sales team, focuses on achieving sales and profitability targets, strengthening customer engagement, and ensuring effective coordination with Rittal India and internal Rexel teams.

Responsible for driving and managing the business through Rexel's distribution network across key verticals Automotive, Machine Tools, F&B, Packing, Process Industry, Infrastructure, Panel Builders, EPCs, OEMs, SPMs, and End Users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and margin targets for products (Enclosures, Cooling Units, Power Distribution, and related accessories).
  • Will lead the sales team, focusing on cross-selling of other IBS products (Capacitors , Panel Accessories, Switchgears)
  • Develop business across identified verticals Automotive, Machine Tools, Process, Infrastructure, Panel Builders, EPCs, OEMs, SPMs, and End Users.
  • Act as the point of contact in the assigned region between Rexel and Client for all commercial and business-related coordination.
  • Support regional and branch sales teams with opportunity identification, quotation support, and order closures.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across key industrial segments.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business review summaries.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities such as customer meets, product training, and joint promotional events with Client.
  • Coordinate with Client's technical and product teams for customized or solution-based requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, OEMs, and system integrators.
  • Ensure smooth operational flow order booking, billing, collection, and inventory management.
