Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth. The is for our new vertical - in real estate and corporare leasing. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing strategies to meet sales targets, identifying potential areas for business expansion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to propose tailored solutions. Additionally, the Manager will analyze market trends, develop presentations, and prepare proposals to attract and secure new clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, relationship building, and contract negotiation
  • Strategic thinking and market research abilities to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Proficiency in data analysis, presentation creation, and proposal development
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Preferred experience with technology, ed-tech, or managed services industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
