About The Opportunity

A technology-forward group operating in Real Estate Development and PropTech services, focused on delivering integrated property solutions across residential, commercial and land portfolios in India. We combine market intelligence, on-ground sales execution and digital tools to acquire assets, structure deals and drive revenue growth.

Standardized Title: Business Development Manager - Real Estate (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers, broker partners, developers and investor relationships to build a qualified sales pipeline across target cities.
  • Drive end-to-end deal execution: lead generation qualification site tours proposal negotiation closure and handover.
  • Structure commercial terms and prepare clear proposals, pricing schedules and commercial agreements in coordination with legal and finance teams.
  • Manage and update CRM (salesforce/zoho) to maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, deal stage tracking and performance reports.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential micro-markets, product gaps and pricing strategies.
  • Represent the company at broker meets, property fairs and client visits; coordinate due-diligence and documentation for smooth transaction closure.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven track record in real estate sales and business development, with successful deal closures across residential, commercial or land segments.
  • Demonstrable experience managing full sales lifecycle and maintaining a high-converting pipeline in an on-site sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills for closing commercial agreements with brokers, developers and investors.
  • Familiarity with RERA processes, property documentation and basic legal/compliance requirements for real estate transactions in India.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting; ability to prepare revenue forecasts and conversion analyses.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel, site visits and market-facing activities across assigned territories.

Preferred

  • Established network of brokers, channel partners and developer contacts in target cities.
  • Experience with large-ticket commercial leasing or institutional investor transactions.
  • Familiarity with PropTech platforms and digital listing portals for lead generation.
