Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Real Estate, located in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving sales performance to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include market research, strategy development, lead generation, handling client negotiations, and ensuring a seamless property buying experience for clients. The Business Development Manager will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the company's growth and presence in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategies
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience and familiarity with the real estate market will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
