Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (Real Estate) to expand our civil construction business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in both B2C (individual plot owners) and B2B segments such as commercial projects, institutions, hospitals, hotels, and builders.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the civil construction sector
Generate leads from individual plot owners and commercial clients
Build relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and property owners
Conduct market research to identify potential projects
Prepare and present business proposals to clients
Coordinate with internal teams for project acquisition and client satisfaction
Track leads, conversions, and sales performance
RequirementsStrong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred
Ability to identify and close business opportunities
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
Target-driven and self-motivated
