CTC: 5.0 6.0 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support our warehouse leasing consultancy business. The role involves B2B lead generation, corporate client research, email marketing, and database management to generate business opportunities for warehouse and industrial property leasing.

Key Responsibilities-

Generate B2B leads for warehouse and industrial property leasing.
Research and identify potential corporate clients, businesses, and warehouse occupiers.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns with regular follow-ups.
Build, maintain, and update client databases, lead trackers, and CRM records.
Coordinate with leasing and sales teams for lead handover and follow-ups.
Prepare basic marketing reports and track lead generation performance.
Support backend marketing activities, documentation, and campaign management.

Eligibility & Requirements

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in B2B lead generation and email marketing.
Experience in real estate, industrial property, or logistics is an added advantage.
Strong communication, research, and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

Experience in warehouse leasing, commercial real estate, or industrial marketing.
Understanding of corporate clients, warehouse occupiers, and key decision-makers.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently.
Strong follow-up skills and a focus on generating qualified business leads.
