Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in CRM & ERP sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue for a product-based company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for CRM and ERP Sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in CRM & ERP solutions.
Experience working in a product-based IT/software company.
Strong understanding of CRM & ERP functionalities and business processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
