Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Ahmedabad location. The Business Development Manager will spearhead efforts to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategic growth plans. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, client acquisition, managing negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exemplary services tailored to client needs. The role is pivotal in driving business growth and expanding QSS's footprint in key industries.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Sales Strategy Development
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to analyze business metrics
- Familiarity with industries such as Consumer Goods, Agriculture, Engineering, Metals, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in inspection, testing, or similar service industries is a plus
