Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Role Overview

Looking for an energetic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Mumbai for our HoReCa, QSR, hospitality, furniture, and commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and onboard new clients in the HoReCa, QSR, hospitality, architect, and furniture segments
  • Build strong relationships with hotels, cafés, restaurants, contractors, architects, and designers
  • Generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue-generating accounts

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute local sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Increase market penetration and brand visibility across Mumbai
  • Drive repeat business and maximize client lifetime value

Field Sales & Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, product presentations, and sampling discussions
  • Promote Tabillo tabletop solutions for indoor and outdoor furniture applications
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product solutions

Key Account Management

  • Manage key accounts and ensure long-term relationship building
  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline and client retention strategies
  • Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and order closures

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities
  • Share market feedback with management for business planning and product improvements

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Experience in HoReCa / QSR / Furniture / Paint / Interior Products / Building Materials preferred
  • Strong local network in Mumbai market in related field
  • Proven experience in field sales and B2B client acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Local language proficiency is essential
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a field-based remote role
  • Candidate should reside within practical commuting distance of business areas in Mumbai
