Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-onBranch Managerto lead and manage daily field operations at Snickr. The role requires strong people management skills, operational planning, and client service orientation. The Execution Team Leader will manage5 field teams(each team consisting of1 Supervisor + 2 Helpers) and ensure smooth execution of service leads, client satisfaction, and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Planning
- Coordinate with the call center to understand daily service leads.
- Prepare and share themorning road mapfor teams based on client locations and service requirements.
- Ensure manpower planning and availability as per daily workload.
- Team Management
- Supervise 5 field teams and guide supervisors on task allocation.
- Conduct daily briefings and ensure work discipline.
- Recruit and maintain manpower (supervisors/helpers) as per operational needs.
- Train team members on Snickr processes and client handling.
- Execution & Quality Monitoring
- Be present in the field to monitor and check team performance.
- Conduct surprise checks to ensure service quality and process adherence.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned leads with quality output.
- Attendhome visit enquiriesdirectly when assigned.
- Client Satisfaction & Service Excellence
- Ensure clients are satisfied with services provided.
- Resolve escalations quickly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Resource & Inventory Management
- Ensure required tools, machines, and materials are available for daily work.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests for replenishment.
- Ensure machines and equipment are properly maintained and in working condition.
Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Operations/Management preferred).
- 35 years of experience in field operations, facility management, or service execution.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills inTelugu
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute daily field operations.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to be on-field and handle real-time challenges.
