Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to drive B2B sales and generate Contract Manufacturing Demand for our Hyderabad Nutraceutical plant. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Hyderabad or Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities include:
• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients for Nutraceuticals
• Generate leads and convert them into confirmed orders
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order execution
• Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM/reporting
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience in B2B sales/business development (manufacturing preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results
• Familiarity with the Hyderabad/Regional B2B market is a plus
