Role Description
Team Leadership & Development
Assign responsibilities to the ADM team, train Sales Executives and Sr. Sales
Executives, and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure target
achievement.
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
Analyze market potential, identify new territories, and implement strategies to
expand business opportunities and increase lead generation.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and A & B category architects
to drive long-term business growth.
Key Enquiry Handling
Personally manage important sales enquiries and support the team in closing
strategic deals with effective pitch strategies.
Conflict & Issue Resolution
Address and resolve team conflicts and client escalations related to product or
service issues to maintain team harmony and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & CRM Monitoring
Review daily sales reports, ensure CRM updates are maintained weekly, and
monitor the enquiry conversion ratio (target >50%).
Recruitment & Team Retention
Identify manpower needs in key regions, assist HR in recruitment, and implement
team retention strategies.
Outstation Visits & Market Surveys
Plan and execute city visits for team development and new market setup; submit
visit reports and gather competitive insights.
