Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will lead and mentor a sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with channel partners, financial institutions, and property buyers. The role involves conducting sales presentations and product demos, negotiating and closing deals, and gathering market feedback to refine sales strategies and support product improvements. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align go-to-market activities and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills, such as client engagement, stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should possess team leadership and performance management capabilities, including mentoring, target setting, coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Candidates should possess market and analytical skills, including understanding of real estate or financial services, data-driven decision-making, and competitive analysis.
• Candidates should possess operational and organizational skills, such as planning, time management, CRM proficiency, and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate, banking, housing finance, or related domains.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, travel locally as needed, and adapt to a fast-growing startup environment.
• Strong ethical standards, customer-centric mindset, and comfort working with technology-driven products and platforms.
