Core Responsibilities
Strategic Project Curation: Research and identify prospective residential projects via RERA, digital portals, and physical recces to ensure they meet the mandatory Ceyone Curation standards.
Enterprise Business Development: Build and maintain a high-level pipeline of projects through sophisticated networking and business connects.
C-Suite Engagement: Identify and contact key decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, MDs) within developer organizations to articulate the Ceyone vision and value proposition.
Proposal & Negotiation: Develop tailored quotes, commercial proposals, and strategic plans for prospective developer partners.
Internal Advocacy: Present curated projects to the internal Ceyone leadership team for final approval and onboarding.
Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for developer partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and managing payment procedures/dues.
Market Presence: Represent Ceyone at industry conferences and high-profile networking events to maintain an elite professional network.
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 8–10 years of proven success in B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Business Development.
Industry Knowledge: While experience in the real estate industry (market trends, property valuation) is highly beneficial, a track record of high-ticket institutional sales is the priority.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to speak Telugu, Hindi, and English fluently.
Strategic Mindset: Must be a results-oriented thinker capable of developing effective plans to capitalize on market opportunities.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field; a Master's degree/MBA is a significant plus.
Mobility: Must have a 2-wheeler/4-wheeler and be prepared for regular travel (3–4 days a week) across the Bangalore region.
