Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Product Line: Waaree Solar Products & Related Solutions

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand the sales of Waaree solar products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets with a strategic and execution-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Waaree solar products in the assigned region.

Generate leads through field visits, channel partners, references, and digital platforms.

Meet clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable Waaree product solutions.

Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to closing the deal.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and project partners.

Prepare and present quotations, techno-commercial offers, and follow-up with clients for timely conversion.

Coordinate with internal teams for installation planning, documentation, and service support.

Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with disciplined execution.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor analysis, and pricing insights.

Represent Prince Electrical professionally in client meetings, events, and industry exhibitions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 23 years of experience in solar product sales or electrical/renewable energy industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand technical specifications of solar modules, inverters, and BOS components.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

Valid two-wheeler licence preferred for field operations.
