Business Development Manager

We are a NABCB accredited inspection body providing independent third party inspection and quality assurance services in the construction sector. Our services support developers, contractors, banks, industries and government departments in ensuring quality, safety and compliance in construction projects.

We are expanding our business development team and looking for a dynamic professional who can help build partnerships and generate inspection assignments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction inspection services.

Build relationships with

* real estate developers

* contractors

* architects and consultants

* industrial project owners

* banks and financial institutions

* government departments

Promote services such as

* third party quality inspection

* structural safety audits

* construction quality certification

* bank project monitoring

Arrange meetings and presentations with potential clients.

Prepare proposals and follow up for conversion of projects.

Maintain regular engagement with industry associations and professional networks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred background in

* civil engineering

* construction project management

* technical sales in construction or infrastructure

Experience

28 years experience in construction, engineering consultancy, testing labs, inspection services, or related sectors.

Skills

* strong networking ability

* good communication and presentation skills

* understanding of construction projects and stakeholders

Local candidates from Punjab preferred.

Compensation

Fixed salary plus attractive performance incentives.

Indicative structure

25,000 50,000 per month plus commission on projects.

High performers can earn substantial incentives based on business generated.
