Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drives product sales in a specific territory, manages distribution channels, and executes local marketing strategies.
  • Identify, plan and develop new customers in line with business development plans/ targets in new / existing markets Help ASM to manage channel partner or distributor
  • Identifies business opportunities, pinpoints and tries to resolve existing and/or potential problems.
  • Identifying opportunities and issues, and proactively acts and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them
  • Expressing ideas and suggestions in a clear manner and demonstrates the ability to successfully persuade and influence others.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 - 7 years prior industry related business development experience specially in Switches, Retail wires and switchgears.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
