Job description

Role & Responsibilities

Handle and follow up on all incoming franchise enquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into successful franchise sales

Conduct meetings (virtual/in-person) to present the brand, explain the business model, and guide prospects through the investment process

Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets (KPIs)

Support new franchise partners in site selection by coordinating with real estate agents and evaluating potential locations

Work closely with architects and vendors to ensure gym fit-outs are completed as per brand standards and timelines

Suggest and guide franchisees on gym equipment selection based on budget, layout, and brand standards

Assist franchisees through the setup and pre-opening phase to ensure a smooth launch

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, acting as a key point of contact

Contribute to brand expansion by identifying new markets and sharing insights to improve the franchise model

Represent the brand professionally at all times and actively promote growth opportunities

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise expansion (fitness/health club industry preferred)

Strong proven ability to convert leads into high-value sales

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Confident in handling client meetings and explaining business opportunities clearly

Good understanding of real estate, site selection, or commercial property is an added advantage

Ability to coordinate with architects, vendors, and contractors for project execution

Basic knowledge or interest in gym equipment and fitness setups will be beneficial

Highly driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated

Strong relationship-building skills with a long-term partnership mindset

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Willing to travel for site visits and franchise meetings when required

Passion for business growth, expansion, and building a strong brand network
