About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to work closely with Higher Management and lead the business functions. The role involves end-to-end client management. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to export jewellery operations and proven experience managing international B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end international client relationships of existing clients of company.
- Collaborate with design, production, merchandising, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality order execution.
- Handle costing, pricing negotiations, and margin analysis in coordination with senior management.
- Oversee manufacturing and production processes, ensuring adherence to buyer specifications and delivery timelines.
- Guide and mentor the teamto ensure smooth client coordination and process flow.
- Maintain clear communication channels between clients, internal departments, and management for transparent workflow.
- Monitor order progress, production schedules, and shipment plans, proactively addressing any issues or delays.
- Prepare client reports, business summaries, and performance updates for management review.
- Work closely with the Vice President to drive operational efficiency and business growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, export documentation, and quality standards.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in export jewellery operations or international client management (Gold/Silver).
- Strong understanding of production processes, costing, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet strict timelines.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing high-value global clients independently.
