Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The position is based in Boisar, Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct market research to understand industry trends, and create strategies to support business growth. This role also involves negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to align objectives with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
• Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and presentation
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is preferred
• Proven ability to create and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
