Sales & Business Development Embedded Hardware

Role Overview:
This role focuses on selling embedded hardware solutions (boards, modules, controllers, sensors, gateways, IoT hardware, industrial devices) to OEMs, system integrators, product companies, and enterprises.
The candidate will own new business acquisition, account management, and revenue growth in Domestic & International Regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of embedded hardware products and solutions.
- Identify and develop new OEM, SI, and enterprise customers.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation requirement understanding proposal negotiation closure.
- Understand customer technical requirements and align the right hardware solution.
- Work closely with pre-sales / engineering teams for solutioning and demos.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, technical buyers, and procurement teams.
- Manage pricing, commercial discussions, PO follow-ups, and revenue realization.
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and closures using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on embedded technologies, industry trends, and competitor products.
- Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Skills Required:
Sales & Business Development Skills
- Strong B2B / Enterprise sales experience
- OEM / System Integrator / Channel sales exposure preferred
- Experience handling long sales cycles and complex deals
- Negotiation, pricing, and commercial closure skills
- Account mining and relationship management
- Lead generation through:
- Cold calling
- Channel partners
- Industry references
- Events / expos (embedded, electronics, industrial)
- CRM usage (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Experience & Background Requirements:
Must-Have
- 8+ years of experience in hardware / embedded / electronics sales
- Experience selling embedded hardware or industrial technology
- B2B sales background (NOT pure retail)
