Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager Staffing & Payroll Services, located in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction through tailored staffing and payroll solutions. Responsibilities also include market research, preparing business proposals, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting sales targets while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new corporate clients for IT & Non-IT staffing services
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close MSAs/SLAs
  • Understand client hiring needs and convert them into live mandates
  • Negotiate commercials, bill rates, and margins
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely delivery
  • Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
  • Achieve assigned revenue and client acquisition targets

Key Requirements:

  • 36 years of experience in staffing / HR services sales
  • Strong B2B sales exposure with corporate clients
  • Knowledge of staffing billing models, margins, and compliance
  • Experience dealing with HR Heads, TA Managers, and CXOs
  • Strong Communication skills to engage with stakeholders and convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, negotiate contracts, and develop business strategies for growth.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and deliver strategic staffing and payroll solutions.
  • Proven experience in staffing solutions, payroll services, or business development is preferred.

Compensation:

Fixed + Performance-based incentives (as per company policy)
