Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-drivenSales and Marketing Specialistwith hands-on experience inOutdoor Advertising, handlingPSU (Public Sector Undertaking) clients, working withadvertising/media agencies, and managingsocial and print media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client servicing, campaign planning, and media strategy execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially in PSUs, government departments, and corporate clients.
  • Pitch outdoor and print media campaigns to direct clients and through media buying agencies.
  • Build strong relationships with PSU clients, advertising agencies, and key decision-makers.
  • Respond to tenders, RFPs, and participate in government empanelment processes.
  • Plan and execute media campaigns across outdoor, print, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for media planning, creatives, and execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Experience:815 years of relevant experience in advertising sales, preferably with exposure to:
  • Outdoor advertising
  • PSU or government clients
  • Agency liaison
  • Social media campaigns
  • Print media (newspaper, magazine ads)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Strong networking skills in PSU and government ecosystem.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
