Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Oracle staffing and IT services sales, established client relationships, and experience developing business across the US and Indian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for Oracle staffing and IT consulting services.
Leverage existing client networks and pitch suitable clients for Oracle staffing requirements.
Generate leads, build sales pipelines, schedule client meetings, negotiate rates, and close deals.
Develop business for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, SCM, ERP Financials, Technical, and other Oracle-related requirements.
Build long-term relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers across the US and India.
Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfil client staffing requirements.

Required Experience:

10+ years of experience in business development within IT staffing, recruitment, or IT consulting services.
Prior experience in Oracle staffing sales and client acquisition is essential.
Experience working with clients in both the US and Indian markets.
Strong existing client network and proven ability to generate Oracle staffing requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, client pitching, and deal-closing skills.
