Position Overview
SITA Corp is seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth within our Oracle consulting and professional services practicewith a primary focus on Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) and Oracle Cloud Integration. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate executive relationships, shape winning proposals, and serve as the market-facing voice of SITA Corp's Oracle professional services.
The ideal candidate combines a hunter mentality with consultative selling skills and a solid understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning). You will partner closely with delivery leadership, pre-sales architects, and practice leads to craft compelling solutions that align client needs with SITA Corp's service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Pipeline Growth
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new client relationships across mid-market and enterprise accounts targeting Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, upgrades, and managed services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets.
- Develop territory and account plans that identify whitespace, competitive displacements, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Leverage SITA Corp's PBS model and Oracle Cloud HCM value propositions to craft ROI-focused business cases for economic buyers.
- Own the full sales cycle: from first meeting through RFP response, presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Build productive relationships with Oracle sales reps, alliance managers, and channel partners to generate a referral pipeline.
Forecasting & CRM Discipline
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records (opportunities, activities, forecasts) and provide weekly pipeline reporting to leadership.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews with insights on market trends, win/loss analysis, and competitive positioning.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B technology sales or business development experience, with at least 5 years selling Oracle Cloud applications or HCM/ERP consulting services.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding quota in a services-led or consulting sales environment.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting (ORC), Talent Management, Benefits, and/or Learning.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with CHRO, CIO, VP HR, and IT leadership audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at an Oracle partner.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS to Cloud HCM migration value propositions.
- Experience selling managed services, AMS, or Package-Based Services (PBS) models.
- Existing network of CHRO/VP HR contacts across target verticals (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Sector, Financial Services, or Higher Education).
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
