Must have B2B Sales, ERP Sales, CRM software sales, IT tech sales-6 Years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target international markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and structure complex partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Design and implement B2B marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Utilize market research and analytics to drive marketing strategies and enhance brand visibility.
  • Contact Discovery Using Online research tools (LinkedIn, Zoom Info) to retrieve contact info of the prospect.
  • Generating potential leads from business directories, web searches.
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
  • Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in Salesforce CRM system.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, including pricing and contract terms.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and client feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on business development activities and results.

Requirements:

6+ years of relevant experience in ERP domain business development, with a focus on international B2B markets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-profile clients.
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures and manage relationships with overseas clients.
