Client Acquisition for permanent staffing And Client Management ( From requirements to proper payments )
Should have dealt with MNC or Top Brand.
Should carry rich connects within Industry preferably with Human Resource / Talent Acquisition Team.
Should have prior experience in Recruitment Industry.
Mapping the Decision Makers of the prospective clients Keeping a track on movements of decision makers within Organization.
Meeting the client, briefing on the service offerings.
Understanding client’s requirement and sending business proposals with due approval of higher officials.
Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms & conditions with the client in line with the company policies.
Keeping a track of major projects, Industries Growth of the Prospective Companies
Responsible in making the revenue generation and acquiring new business.
Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients, Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
Ensuring Constant Generation of Mandates from Existing Clients
Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results.
Responsible for the entire recruitment process.
