Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and business expansion for oncology products across Kerala
Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives
Build strong relationships with oncologists, hospitals, cancer institutes, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within assigned territory
Manage key accounts and ensure effective product positioning
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support brand strategies and launches
Skills
Experience: 46 years of relevant experience in Oncology sales/business development
Currently working with top MNCs or leading Indian pharmaceutical companies
Strong understanding of oncology therapy, market dynamics, and institutional business
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large territories
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
