Business Development Manager Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager Officer, located in Mengio. The role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the organization's impact through partnerships, fundraising initiatives, and donor engagement. The Business Development Manager Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute strategic plans. They will also prepare detailed proposals, manage stakeholder relationships, and monitor progress to ensure achievement of organizational goals.

• Business Development, Fundraising, and Sales skills to identify and cultivate partnerships, donors, and funding opportunities
• Strategic Planning and Project Management skills to design, implement, and evaluate impactful initiatives
• Research, Analytical, and Problem-Solving abilities to evaluate needs, develop tailored solutions, and assess organizational outcomes
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, including negotiation and presentation proficiency
• Proficiency in CRM tools, fundraising platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with non-profits or social sector organizations is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; additional qualifications in fundraising or project management are a plus
