Lead, support, and manage a team of 2 Team Leaders and 6 Academic Counsellors.

Set team targets and monitor progress towards enrolment and revenue goals.

Guide Team Leaders in coaching and supporting their counsellors.

Review enquiries, follow-ups, counselling quality, and team performance.

Help the team explain our courses and career opportunities clearly to students and parents.

Support the team in handling important enquiries and closing enrolments.

Work with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Maintain accurate reports on leads, enrolments, sales, and team performance.

Identify challenges and take action to improve the admissions process.

Share regular business updates and results with management.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, training, or EdTech.

Experience managing a sales or counselling team.

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Ability to set targets, track performance, and help a team achieve results.

Good follow-up, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and sales reports.

Knowledge of cybersecurity or professional training is an advantage.
