Job Title: Business Development Manager, OEM Supplies

Location: Bhavnagar

Work Structure: 5 days a week

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across the Indian market

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our OEM Supplies business in the Indian market.

This role requires a commercially sharp and relationship driven professional who can manage key customer accounts, identify growth opportunities, and drive market expansion across Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks, Faucets, and Kitchen Appliances.

You will work closely with customers, distributors, channel partners, and internal teams to build long term business relationships and deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and strengthen long term relationships with existing customers, distributors, OEM partners, and channel partners

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer expansion, cross selling, and new market penetration

• Drive commercial discussions including pricing, negotiations, contracts, and account growth strategies

• Present product portfolios, coordinate sampling, and support technical discussions with customers

• Track market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities

• Work closely with internal teams across production, quality, logistics, finance, and leadership to ensure smooth execution

• Prepare sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, customer reports, and business development plans

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

• MBA will be an added advantage

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management

• Experience in kitchen products, sanitaryware, building materials, consumer durables, or related industries will be preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

• Good commercial understanding with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into long term business

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be preferred

• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets
