Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Odoo ERP solutions to strengthen our ERP division and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Odoo-focused business development, ERP solution consulting, lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic sales.

This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of Odoo implementation cycles, ERP business processes, client requirement analysis, and solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives focused exclusively on Odoo ERP solutions

• Identify, generate, and convert qualified leads for Odoo implementation, customization, and support projects

• Understand client business requirements and propose suitable Odoo ERP solutions aligned with operational needs

• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Techno-Functional Consultants, and Development Teams to align business requirements and project scope

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, estimations, and client solution discussions

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while ensuring high-quality customer engagement

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand Odoo ERP business opportunities across industries

• Manage sales pipelines, negotiations, closures, and client onboarding processes

• Achieve business development targets and contribute to organizational growth

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of pure Odoo ERP business development experience (Mandatory)

• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, implementation methodologies, and ERP business workflows

• Proven expertise in lead generation, ERP sales, client acquisition, and account management

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to understand client pain points and recommend suitable ERP solutions

• Experience in handling domestic and/or international ERP clients is preferred
