Department – Jindal Institute of Leadership Development & Executive Education

Location - O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU), Sonipat, Haryana 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, PSUs, government agencies, and industry associations for executive education and leadership training.

• Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR heads, L&D teams, and corporate training decision-makers.

• Collaborate with program directors and faculty to co-create tailored leadership development solutions.

• Drive revenue targets by promoting open enrollment programs and custom executive education offerings.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and align offerings with industry needs.

• Develop proposals, pitch decks, and ROI-based solutions for clients.

• Track business development metrics, pipelines, and conversion ratios; report regularly to leadership. 

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or executive education, preferably in an academic or training institute environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, corporate L&D needs, and leadership development trends.
