Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for North India
Key Responsibilities
- Running sales and marketing operations, advancing growth, and driving initiatives to achieve business goals for focus products across West India.
- Ensuring smooth execution of contracts won for client satisfaction
- Conducting competitor analysis and competency mapping to keep abreast of market trends to achieve the market share.
- Formulating long term and short-term strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and revenue targets.
- Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.
- Coaching, guiding & collaborating with other sales personnel in the region & across India to improve productivity
- New product development - including market studies, marketing and sales
- Continuous professional development through self-study
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
- Graduate Degree and more than 5 Years experience in industry with sales specific roles in FMCG, Certification Bodies, Testing Labs, or other B2B services Industry
