Work timings: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)

Work Location: Hyderabad - Kothaguda

Recruitment & Delivery

Source and screen candidates using job portals like Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and ATS.
Understand role requirements for industries like Banking, Finance, Securities, Insurance, Legal, Engineering, Construction, Automotive, Healthcare etc.
Conduct telephonic interviews and assess cultural and role fit.
Manage interview coordination, client feedback, and offer negotiations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent recruitment experience).
Familiarity with US sourcing platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a structured environment.
